Where do you see this message?

Does display detect as expected and you see this message?

Try update Windows and graphic card driver.

Are you connecting using S-Video, VGA or HDMI?

    Try restart your PC.

Try turn of monitor and set it to detect your device again.

I can see my laptop screen duplicated but as in the settings says there is no detection I cannot divide it and show a different application in one of the screens
