What the SQL Server service account are you specified in the Service Accounts tab of the Server Configuration page? Could you please share us the errorlog as Erland mentioned?
This error may because the SQL Server service account lacks permission to bring SQL Server database engine services online. After uninstalling failed SQL server installation, please try to change the SQL Server service account to NT Authority\System in the Server Configuration page during reinstallation.
