Hi bro.
I had an issue once.
I found that microsoft defender was not enough to sustain the power of virus of some files .
For the best you can have kaspersky anti-virus.
I got it before i installed qbasic , and it found 4 suspicious internet websites and protected my computer and blocked that malware from my computer , and also it deleted it so fast .
I got saved because of it .
It is not free you can get lifetime package and it is worth it . ( You can activate the 4 month free (or less that that ) trail )
Thank you and hope you found this useful.

2020-10-28T12:14:44+00:00 Thank you for your answer. I already use the free version of Avast Antivirus software but I do not feel safe to use third-party antivirus software so I want to uninstall the antivirus software and I also regularly use the internet in my PC. According to your Answer, I confirm that if I uninstall the third-party antivirus software my PC will not face any virus issue.

Yes, Windows Defender is good enough. You can also enable periodically scanning.
Apart from that, you can simultaneously use the free version of Malwarebytes and scan with it periodically. This will suffice for overall protection of your PC.
