Okay, so I feel I've tried practically EVERYTHING in all of these threads I've read, and I simply can't find a fix.

So about a few months ago, my Microsoft store started giving the Code: 0x8004E10E whenever I tried to install something, and any applications through Microsoft store simply don't launch. And for months I've reset the store, my computer, wiped my files and just can't fix it, it has sticked with me.

So I am wondering how do I goa bout fixing this, as I feel I've tried everything. Thanks in advance.

To run an elevated command line, go to the Start menu > type cmd > right-click Command Prompt > select Run as administrator.

    Hey! Thanks for reaching out.

It states this in the activation page, I suppose it's stopped being activated these past few months? Though, it does state I'm using windows 10 pro, and I have no watermark.

In the logs, it's only this and it's been happening since the last 5 months apparently, so a pretty long time. I'm not almost convinced it is an activation issue, like you said, and how would I get it resolved?

Thanks in advance, your help is greatly appreciated!

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Microsoft Windows Certified Professional and Systems Administrator. I'll be happy to help you out today.

0x8004E10E = The Software Licensing Service reported that a Token Store token descriptor is invalid. Normally, you may encounter this when Windows 10 is not activated. Assuming it is not, go to Start > Settings > Activation and run the Activation troubleshooter.

Otherwise, more details are needed to understand the issue. Open the Event Viewer > go tp Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > Apps > examine the Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log for errors and post them in a reply.

Ran the two ipconfig's in command prompt, unplugged the router and restarted my computer and we're still saying

Unable to reach Windows activation servers

and when troubleshooting, it still reports

    0x8004E10E

How would I go about running an elevate command line?

Are you running any 3rd party firewall products, temporarily disable them.

Go to the Start menu > type cmd > right-click Command Prompt > select Run as administrator > enter these commands:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /registerdns

Afterwards, unplug your router for a moment and restart the computer. Run the activation troubleshooter when the system is back online if status is still reporting "unable to reach activation servers".

If you are still having issues, run an elevate command line and type this command slmgr.vbs /dlv. Report the results.
