Need help parsing BSOD errors / dump files

I am getting intermittent BSOD errors. I have tried all the recommended steps but still need some help:

  • I have no third party antivirus except malwarebytes
  • My main drivers, so far as I can tell, are up to date; so is Windows
  • Malwarebytes and Windows Defender find no problematic software
  • I have run DISM and SFC
  • I ran 8 rounds of memtest with no errors; SMART scan diagnostics found no errors with my boot drive (a SSD)
  • I ran Driver Verifier and purged an old printer driver that caused an error

I was hoping the printer driver was the culprit, but I just got a new BSOD.

    Hi darksurtur

That minidump file just indicated a default kernel error, certainly, if you can avail of a Warranty Service, that would be a great option . . .

Thank you. One more crash today:

At this point I think I should send it for warranty service?

    Hi darksurtur

Yes, that does indicate a hardware error, however it does not list the exact cause, and you have already performed exhaustive testing of your RAM and SSD, if your system continues to crash, please upload any minidump files, so I may look at those for you . . .

Hi, thank you for your help. I removed that driver and installed the laptop recommended version. But I am still getting crashes. New minidump below (the error was faulty hardware corrupted page):

    Hi darksurtur

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Your minidump files indicate a driver named MBfilt64.sys that is your Creative Audio card device driver, you should go to the support page for your system on the manufacturers website, then form there, download and install the version of that driver they recommend, and if an updated driver still crashes your system try an older version of that driver, they are often more stable . . .
