Authenticator app issue (iPhone SE)

Unlock screen inaccessible on iPhone SE. Used to work fine, is there any other way to access the codes.

    Hello, I’m Virginia an independent advisor with 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

    Do you have the recovery code for the specific account you wish to log in to?

    If not then there’s no other way to use the code unless you have the app on another device.

    Have you chosen to backup the codes? If so then you can delete the app then log in to your MS account to recover then entries. Ensure you are backing up under Settings>iCloud on, & that recovery account is showing your Microsoft account.

    Do you have auto rotate turned on? If so try rotating the device then rotating it back to see if you can access it.
