The link is both in the wrong language and is the exact same one that I found in my own attempts at fixing this myself. It asks for files that are on a disk for an outdated operating system I don't use. I'm looking for this file for Windows 10.
Need serscan.sys for HP Printer
Recently i've run into issues with my HP Officejet Pro 6978 Printer and have been unable to print from my main computer, let alone connet with it. I found the issue to be based on the drivers however whenever I tried to install them from the HP website, it would ask me for my serscan.sys file from a windows cd. I don't have the CD and all the other posts that I find on this issue are from previous versions of windows. Does anyone know if this file is still in and where I can find it?
