Windows not detecting network scanner

Quick rundown of the environment

Bizhub C224 on network, installed software from the manufacturer

Devices are Windows 10 Pro

Using the Windows Scan and Fax, so far only one device is saying that there is no scanner detected. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software direct from manufacturer, so much as to even find older drivers in hopes they would work since the windows 10 drivers are not working on it.

    See if you still cannot connect it through Safe mode. Let me know if this does not work for you so we can find other solution.
