Morning, my PC has literally started over the last two days giving me BSOD and restarting. I thought it was my graphics driver so I updated that and it is still happening. How do i daignose what the problem child is? I have read the link below and took some of the advice, but it is still crashing. Some help would be gratefully received :-)

Thanks John

Hi, I have tried a few things now and uploaded a new load of minidumps and memory.dmp file.

I used an AMD Clean Utility to wipe the drivers off the machine in safe mode and then put the 20.9.2 driver on, but that didnt resolve it

I took off all the drivers again in Safe Mode and rebooted it and it stil lrestarted, does that mean it is not the AMD driver?

Ill take a look on the websit and download the last last WHQL file.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Regards, John

The minidump file was inconclusive bit centered around the file system driver, ntfs.sys.

Can you provide all the minidump files that are available to see if the error is consistent.

Also, can you also provide the following file which has more information on the crash:

    C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

The memory.dmp file will be quite large, you could zip and compress the memory.dmp file with a third party application such as 7-Zip.

    Hi,

It may help to look at the minidump files from the blue screen crashes.

Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Here's a link on using OneDrive:

If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop.

Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.
