Cellular hot button missing?

The cellular network button and connection worked fine for several years now, but noticed it is missing. SIM card is installed. It's a Dell Latitude 7285 running Win10 Pro 10.0.19041. All drivers are updated, and I've tried Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings and the cellular network does not show. Even went to BIOS, to see that the generic WW/GPS bit was enabled. It is all there. ((scratches head)) I tried to backout all the latest Win10 updates to see if that would help and to no avail. Help? I use this for work and I have to have the cellular network or I can't leave home. Ugh.

The WWAN network card should also be present in Device Manager. Click at the top on View> Show hidden devices, check if the network card is there. If it is here, update the drivers or uninstall it and then restart your computer.

Go to Device Manager> network adapters, check if the WWAN Broadband Module is present, enabled and working properly. If you prefer, post a screenshot.

Good thought, just did and did not fix it. It's weird, like it's not recognizing the wireless adapter at all.
