My name is Gabriel S.
I hope I can help you.
Some antivirus programs have been known to cause blue screen errors. You can temporarily uninstall this software to determine if it is causing the problem, then reinstall it after the device is back in service.
To do this, you will have to log into Windows in safe mode. Safe Mode starts Windows in a basic state, with a limited set of files and drivers, and allows you to follow troubleshooting steps.
Before entering safe mode, you must enter the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). This is the way to do it:
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.
Press the power button again to turn on the device.
At the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices display the manufacturer's logo on restart), press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.
Press the power button again to turn on the device.
When Windows restarts, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.
Press the power button again to turn on the device.
Allow the device to fully reboot to enter WinRE.
Once in WinRe follow these steps
On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot> Advanced options> Startup settings> Restart.
After the device restarts, a list of options will appear. The recommended option is to select 5 or press F5 to start Safe Mode with Networking
