Blank Lock Screen

I have encountered a problem on startup after a Disk Check, which I suppose may be causing the issue. When I turn on my computer, Windows starts as normal until I get to the lock screen. I dismiss the lock screen to enter my pin and there is no profile picture or password/pin input box as there normally would be. I still have the three network, ease of access, and power buttons in the bottom right of my screen. Periodically, the screen goes to the highlight color of my system (purple, in this case) and has a loading circle in the middle for around five minutes or so, before going back to the lock screen. I have tried restarting the pc around 20-25 times, and nothing has changed. I also can't seem to access safe mode, as my pc shuts down completely and stops receiving keyboard input, therefore I'm technically not holding shift anymore. I did remove the graphics card, boot the system with the integrated graphics on the processor and re-install my graphics card beforehand, but don't believe that that may be causing the problem.

Here is an image of what I see when I try to sign in:

    Hi, JackTaylor_643

My name is Pablo E, I am an Independent Advisor. I would love to help you today.

Try entering Safe Mode to repair Windows.

Force power off, press and hold the power switch for 20 seconds, then wait for ten and restart

If this does not work try the other way: you must interrupt the normal boot process three or more consecutive times: use the reset or power button on your Windows 10 PC to stop it during startup, before you finish loading Windows 10. Yes use the power button, you may have to hold it down for at least 5 seconds to force the power off

Then you proceed to repair the computer:

-Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.

-You should receive this message: Preparing Automatic Repair.

-On the next screen that appears, click Advanced options.

    -Select Troubleshoot.

    -Go to Advanced options.

    -Click Start Repair.

-Wait for the repair to finish.

If after the previous steps you cannot recover Windows.

You can repair Windows download the ISO:

I recommend you borrow a PC to create a USB to repair Windows

Microsoft Official Website to download and create Windows 10:
