Windows 7 Update Failed Error Code 80071126 / x80071126

Windows 7 Home Basic SP1 64 bit:

Tried Troubleshooter for Windows Updates

Also, tried cleaning up the Windows updates cache directory and restarting the service as well as the PC many times.

Still fails as follows.

    There is only 1 answer, update to Windows 10 or Windows Embedded POS Ready 7 or you can get Windows 7 Pro ESU. Or you can try this, put everything on a hard drive and then re-install Windows 7(You will need a product key though)
