Good Morning!
Please forgive my ignorance but I don't know what software I need to uninstall.
When looking, I don't see anything with .NET framework.
You assistance is required again!
Thanks,
Evelyn
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Kaspersky Internet Security is no longer working because of the following message:
"Failed to initialize Microsoft.net framework 4.0 or higher. Please try to reinstall it."
I installed 4.8 advanced series but it's still not working.
Cannot find 4.0(or higher) in the list of installed items.
What is the problem. I do not feel secured when doing my bankings.

Hi! Thanks for replying fast. I did what you suggested but it did not work.
I even uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security and re-installed it and still I get the same error message - failed to initiate Microsoft.net framework 4.0 or higher.
Now if I go to do banking, I am not protected.
As mentioned before, I installed 4.8 Advanced Services.
Please, what can I do next? I need your HELP!
Thanks,
Evelyn A.
