A reinstall of the operating system seems to be the best option

    Hello, EDItan

My name Is Alonso, I am an independent advisor.

You can try easy troubleshooting steps and see if it helps to solve the problem. I would recommend that you do a system repair. Download Windows 10 ISO and create media from the link below.

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downloa...

Once you finish creating media. Insert Windows Installation DVD into DVD ROM and restart your computer, it will automatically boot from Windows 10 ISO media.

After starting the computer with the Windows DVD, a black screen will appear with the gray text "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD." Press any key.

Select the correct time and keyboard type.

Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner.

Select Troubleshoot on the Choose an option screen.

Click Advanced Options on the Troubleshooting screen.

Click Automatic Repair on the Advanced Options screen.

Then choose the operating system by clicking its button.

Windows will check the hard drives for problems and verify that all required files are intact.

I hope this can help you. Let me know if it works
