Aside from reinstalling the drivers, can you also try to use Network Reset. Save and close all your pending documents, then go to Settings > Network and Internet > Status > scroll down and click on "Network Reset" > select Reset Now. Temporarily disable your firewall/antivirus as well to further isolate the issue.
If that didn't work, kindly perform a repair install of you Windows. There should be no worries in performing it since you will select the option to keep your files during the process.
