Error page when trying scheduling exam

Hi, I need help please, I am trying to schedule my az-900 exam and when I click the button to proceed to planning from my certification profile I am redirected to the error page as attached ![101828-image-6483441.jpg][1] [1]: /api/attachments/101828-image-6483441.jpg?platform=QnA
