Hey there i bought a surface pro 7 1976 with a uefi lock on it from a market and i try to fix it but the only thing stops me is the uefi bio account holder password i dont now how to sort this issue out and i dont now how to contact the previous owner.
I tried everything recovery image, reseting nothing works.

Short of opening up the Surface and removing the battery and/or removing the drive, reformatting it, there is nothing you can do ... except brute-force the UEFI password. Taking apart the surface can be notoriously difficult, but there are a number of video guides on youtube.
