Arc mouse vertical scroll issue

Hi all, 

I´ve been using my arc mouse since a few years and not sure since when I noticed about this issue.

No matter the app (edge, word, etc) I have a problem when scrolling up using the wheel. It goes ok when scrolling down but it just starts scrolling randomly (up and down) when I try to scroll up.

I tried in a different pc and same behaviour.

Any idea?

    Thank you for the update. This really could be a hardware problem because you are experiencing the same behavior on a different PC. You might want to consider using another mouse.

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I think this is a mouse problem since you are experiencing the same behavior in another device but you also might want to try some troubleshooting steps that could possibly help.

    Please let me know if this does not work or if you've tried this already. I might have another possible solution to try after this one.
