Deleted .bak file

Hey. I've accidentally deleted my .bak file instead of renaming it because I was having the "we couldn't sign into your account" thing. Now I'm permanently locked out of my account and in some random one. I really don't want to lose my stuff and I just need a solution on how to log back into my account because I need it for school tomorrow online. Please, help me out, I really need it.

    Hi RetroXT

Editing the registry is dangerous if you do not backup the keys you are editing or deleting.

Are you able to get into Windows 10, if so, the only option you now have is to create a new user profile linked to your Microsoft Account and then copy your files from the old account into that new account, because editing the registry will not have deleted your personal files . . .
