Hello! Microsoft Teams,

                     Please help me i am unable to update my windows and i got this when i tried every method but no use please help me!

    Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

    On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?

    Thank You! But I have another problem,

    wuauserv serivce is not starting and it is error 1058 i had did every method.

    In services.msc > Windows Update > startup type is Disabled when i do it to Auto and Apply and Ok, After restart when i check it is still Disabled when i do the process again without restarting it is repeatedly stopping when I starting it. Help me!

    I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

    Those commands are not succeeding, because you have not run Command Prompt as an Administrator (your command window is showing the prompt at C:\Users\Masood, in Administrator mode, that will show C:\Windows\System32

    Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

    From the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

    Then try running those commands again
