Lock Screen cannot be changed (infinite loading)/ Windows 10 2004

Question

Hello everyone,

I have an issue when I try changing my lock screen. It is not new, I saw some people having the same problem, but nothing seems to work ? Basically when I try changing the picture for the lock screen, it is an infinite loading. Note that in the "choose your image part" where I already have some pictures, it works (image 1). I doesnt work when I try uploading a new one (image 2).

Already did a scan and nothing is corrupted. Any idea how to fix this ? Thank you all for yout time !

This should resolve the issue.

Thank you for your answer ! It does not work as well unfortunately. Also I forgot to mention that all other personnalisation options work just fine and I remember that I had not this issue with the lock screen before, but I cant remember when it started.

Thank you for your answer ! Yes Windows 10 was activated with a proper licence and linked to my Microsoft account. All personnalisation options work just fine.

Also I have this licence since 2015 and I remember that I had not this issue with the lock screen before. I do not know when it started happening.

Is your windows activated with a proper license? And are other personalization options like start menu tiles color and title bar etc working properly?
