Hi,

We are unable to configure any override at the moment. There's no tickbox under the override colume when we open the override window.
Has anyone got a fix for this issue?

    Hi @Winnie Xu ,

Do you mean that you cannot create any override for any Rule/Monitor at the moment?
Can you provide an example of what you're trying to override?

Please check the Operations Manager event log on your SCOM management servers for any errors.

That kind of beahvior is often because of a High DPI monitor, the SCOM console doesn't work very well with that, especially when accessed through RDP.
