we have a Microsoft surface wireless adapter v2 that when plugged in goes to the Microsoft logo then restarts its self. gets to the same page and restarts again.

we have tried several different displays. I have also looked in your trouble shooting page for the adapter. the 10 second reset doesn't work. we cant connect our surfaces to do any upgrades etc as it doesn't get that far when turning on.

    Hello Chloe,

    I'm Alexis an Independent Advisor.

There is not much more that you can do here after resetting the device like you did.

I'll advise you to contact the after-sale service of the place you bought the Microsoft surface wireless adapter.

If you bought the Microsoft surface wireless adapter directly from Microsoft, go to this link :

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices/

You will be able to make use of your warranty.
