The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000006000, 0xffff800fdf8c68e0, 0xffffffffc0000225, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: aa93d767-cdf9-4308-8724-20e4c099006c.

Help, my computer has been crashing during games and BSOD for past few days. What does those things mean.

    I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes . . .

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
