I Accidentally turned of my windows defender real-time protection and i didn't notice that i downloaded a malicious malware file and now i can't open windows security because it keeps crashing. I downloaded an app named spyware5 and this  is the file that recognized as a malware but everytime i open appdata it doesn't appear and if i go to the location of the file it keeps popping up access denied. PLEASE HELP

    Try to download the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool if you haven't yet. Run it afterwards and check to see if this would help.

    As an additional protection to your computer, you may also download the free version of Malwarebytes.

    Download the free version from this link

    Once installed please make a full scan. You may remove this Malwarebytes if you wish once you are done using it.

    NOTE: You may also try running Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool or Malwarebytes while you are in Safe Mode. Make sure to install the Tool first then follow the steps on the link start in Safe Mode.
