How to Automate Email-sending when a new item with or without attachment is created in Sharepoint List?

Hello,

I need help with automating sending email notifications whenever a new item is created in a Sharepoint list. I could manage automation of emails for items created without attachments. I could also manage automation of emails for items created with attachments. However, I couldn't do both. When I tried to automate sending of emails when a new item with attachment is created, I wasn't able to receive automated emails when a new item without attachment was created.

I have tested with Alert and flow sending Email on new item creation, both works on items with or without attachment. Would you like to provide detailed information about your solution on sending Emails and how it does not work for you on both situation. I will try to test and reproduce the issue in my end and find a solution for your.
