Video Pause Issue

When I pause a video ( Windows 10 ) it will not restart. I have to refresh and start all over from the beginning. Any ideas ?? Thanks

    Hi ChipDetwiler, have you tried doing a reset on your browser? Is this also happening to a different browser? Kindly refer to the steps below to reset Chrome browser on your PC.

    • Launch Chrome
    • Click on the 3 dots and then Settings
    • Look and click Advanced
    • Click on Reset Settings
    • Click on Restore settings to their original defaults and then click Reset Settings
    • Check and see if videos will still have the same behavior

    Hi ChipDetwiler, the other things that I am thinking is to uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome, removing/disabling extensions if there is one or a couple installed and also to check if there is an update and see if the issue will still persist. If you will still continue to experience the issue after trying out the troubleshooting then you can also report to this to Google for them to be able to also check this out on their end.

    I did the reset but same problem. Id does this in Google Chrome but not Microsoft Edge. I tried in Google Chrome to go incognito and video works find but still not sure what is the issue. Thanks for the reply.

    I use Google Chrome. It does this on all videos no specific app or program. Thanks for the response.
