I have no functioning camera on my laptop, but did once.
In device manager, there is no camera app listed under imaging,
How do I find a camera app to install so I can use my webcam again?

If the laptop's built-in webcam is not listed under Imaging Devices in Device Manager, I suggest that you ask in the laptop manufacturer's community forums.
The laptop manufacturer are the ones who supplied the webcam and the software for it.
