Microsoft Sudoku has not saved the results of daily challenges since 11/7. How do I fix this?

2020-11-17T13:48:21+00:00 Hello I am an independent advisor for the Microsoft community. Have you tried to reset the app? Go to Windows Settings and then click Apps. Scroll down till you find Microsoft Sudoku and click on it. Then click Advanced Options. Scroll down till you find the Reset button and click that.

It was was long ago that I have no idea what my password is. All i know is that When I click on Microsoft Sudoku the game comes up with today's date and the calendar shows the results of 11/1-6, but if I play any other day it does not save the results!

2020-11-17T18:00:42+00:00 When you open the game does it sign into your Microsoft account? If not, try to sign in and see if it starts to save your progress.

Reset Microsoft Sudoku, played a game and won. shut the app down, then turned it back on, but the results weren't saved - as usual! Any further thoughts?
