Email Global signature
Hello,
Im trying to create global signature for all users. I created a rule and it did work but im trying to find a way to add signature for each user. for example,
mark leo
Tel; 882200 ext 123
Is it possible to configure such a thing, or users have to configure it manually.
Thank you

Did you mean you would like to add different signatures for each user which contain their own contact information? For example, name, phone number, email address.
I suppose it is possible to do it via a mail flow rule. You may first need to configure the required information for the user accounts in Active Directory.
And use %%attribute%% in the mail flow rule to extract the information from Active Directory.
The mail flow rule would be like:
When sending an Outbound message, you can see the signature is added:
However, there are some limitations, as introduced in this link:
Organization-wide disclaimers, signatures, footers, or headers in Exchange Server
If it can't meet your requirement, you may need to have the users set the signatures in their Outlook or look for some third party solutions as suggested by Andy.
