Keys randomly change functions

The keys on my laptop randomly start doing different things. It's kind of like a shortcut I guess? I tried to press 'T' to talk in a game, but it just put the game in windowed mode and brought up the taskbar. I restarted my laptop and it's working again, but it will most likely do it again. Is there any way to fix it?

Surely you have activated your keyboard shortcuts. To disable the special keys follow the instructions below:

Go to Start> Accessibility> Accessibility Keyboard Settings> Use Special Keys. Click on the option that remains disabled. Uncheck the Allow the Shortcut key to launch the keys box

    specials.

    Use the Filter Keys.

Click the option where it remains disabled. Skip short or repeated key presses and change the keyboard repeat rate. Uncheck the Allow the Shortcut key to launch the Filter keys box

    Have a wonderful day.

    Best regards.
