TASK VIEW History

My history is not showing in TASK VIEW so unable to retrieve previous windows. Is there a setting I need to change?

    I'm Benedict, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. Sorry to hear that, I'm here to help and work with you in your concerns.

    Kindly check in your Settings if you haven't enabled some options in your Activity History:

    1. Open Start Menu and open Settings.
    2. Click on Privacy.
    3. Click on Activity History.
    4. In the right pane, under Activity History, enable the two options:
    • Let Windows collect my activities from this PC
    • Let Windows sync my activities from this PC to the cloud
    1. Next, under Show activities from accounts, enable the account(s) you want to view its history in the Task View timeline.
