This is a known bug at the moment in the Chromium based browsers, that file is no absolutely harm, it just contains debug information from your browser, on your system that is being created by the Edge browser, there is no fix for this currently, but it has been reported to the Chromium Developers and so will hopefully be patched soon . . .
