Device encryption not turned off

my device wasnt able to turn off device encryption so i am not able to delete any files and install also needed help ><

    Alright, thanks.

    Right-click Start>Powershell(admin).

    Copy paste the following and send us the output.

    manage-bde -protectors -disable C:

    it loads but after sometime it stops and again i clicked on turn off i doesn't say anything

    i dont have any bit locker option in my os just device encryption and its not turning off

    Hi, Buckey_OP I'm Yanecsy and I'm an independent advisor.

    I'm here to help you.

    If your device is encrypted with BitLocker, to deactivate it, what you have to do is the following, Start in the Windows operating system

    Open the Manage BitLocker windows

    Click Disable BitLocker

    disable BitLocker

    Confirm the decision to disable BitLocker

    Disable BitLocker

    Let the system decrypt
