Default Language in remote App keeps coming back

Question

We have a situation where a Remote App is published,
users are connecting to this app,
but if they change the typing keyboard language, after changing a "tab" in the application the language is changing automatically back to the default..

any idea?

1.What's your deployment environment and what's your Windows version?
