my activation windows disappeared after returning to initial settings, my activation code is in the bios but it can't be read when i restarting. how i fix this?

You can try re-activating your pc by using the product key installed on your machine. To know your product key kindly follow the step below.

Download and install ShowKeyPlus from Microsoft Store. the app will show the product information as well as the key installed.
Go to the Activation option then click change product key and enter the product key you see on ShowKeyPlus to re-activate the PC.

If the above guide does not work you can also try to activate the Windows using phone support. Please follow the step provided by one of our MVP Andre Da Costa in the link below.
