hello! i dont if the subject is correct but basically this is what happened. i was trying to move files from c: drive to d: drive since it has larger space. i found that I can change the location of the documents, downloads, and pictures folder directly to the d: drive. so that was what I was trying to do. however, when I was moving the videos folder, I forgot to create a new folder in d: drive that should be its new location. so after that, this is what happened. the video folder before now shows that d:/??? and when I click on its properties, it shows the drive properties. i don't know what to do to fix this. ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/107139c8-8660-49fd-89c4-4533b4c72d52?platform=QnA

    Hi kimjisO0

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

This is no problem, it is a common error, I need to see your Registry to provide you with a solution

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on

Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

Please provide a screenshot of that Registry Editor page . . .
