OK Ivo, Windows may have the most up to date drivers from Windows Update (that's where Device Manager checks), but these are often weeks or even months out of date with the manufacturers own driver release schedule and you can usually find very recent drivers for your graphics card (from as little as days to a few weeks old) by visiting the graphics card manufacturers websites.

If you like, can you give me the Make (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Model numbers of your graphics card/s. I can then go and find the correct most up to date drivers for you and then give you a simple link for you to download them.

    I will await your reply.

Hi, my name is Neil, I'm an independent adviser and a Windows 10 user like you.

Really sorry you are experiencing this error.

This looks like you need an updated driver for your graphics card. These errors can usually be resolved by updating your graphics driver.

If you can Right Click your Start button and then choose Device Manager from the list.

In Device Manager, look for >Display Adaptors and click on the arrow > to expand.

You should see your Display Adaptor in this list (Intel, Nvidia, AMD etc...).

If you see more than one adaptor, do the same for each one as described below:

Right Click the adapter and then choose "Update driver" from the menu.

Next, click on "Search automatically for updated driver software".

Follow on-screen instructions to install any updated driver software.

Do the same if you have another graphics card present.

Afterwards, if not already done so, reboot your computer and then check to see if your problem is resolved.

Let me know if you need further help.

hi thanks for the quick responde.

When i try to update my displays adaptors it says that windows already have instaled the best upates for my pc.

    What can i do?
