can't install any program on my computer.

Question

i have tried almost everythin i can but my computer keeps complaining about " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resourece that is unavailable"

i have been trying to find the folder that starts with {FAAD7243 but it does not exsists.

I understand that you’re facing issues when installing programs on your PC, and I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:

1.     Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?

2.     Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?

3.     Which applications are you trying to install?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and see if that helps.

Method 1: Run program install troubleshooter

Try running the troubleshooter to Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed and see if that helps.

Method 2: Install in Clean Boot

Try installing the programs in Clean Boot and see if you’re able to install the applications. Refer the article How to perform a clean boot in Windows
