Windows 10 BSOD required device missing

This is an unusual problem and I've never faced this before I went to go use my laptop turned it on and I suddenly got a bsod there was no windows logo or anything it was just right to that screen... The screen said recovery at the top then in smaller words a required device is missing or not connected 0xc000000f press f8 for advanced recovery or press enter to try again neither of those buttons work just refreshes the screen but then I get a different error code 0xc0000225 File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe

I have watched almost every video on how to recover this and cannot fix the installation files I've gone as far as pulling the solid state drive out of my laptop and putting it into an enclosure to see if I can access my files unfortunately all I get is the drive needs to be formatted meaning that there is severe data corruption and that's the only option... I ended up taking the drive out putting it back in the laptop and just reloading it with Windows I have 3 data recovery programs disc drill, mini tool power data recovery and ease us data recovery

When I scan the drive it finds things but none of it is mine! I know confusing right? These programs are able to scan and label each folder there's a section for users and under that user section I do not see my account name which was under T little it only comes up with other accounts like owner, user.. I've checked everywhere and cannot find anything belonging to me is it possible that this was hacked? Or is it possible that the solid state drive itself has a damaged chip which is hiding that information?

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand your concern as you are receiving Blue Screen of Death.

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the make and model of the PC/motherboard?
    • Did you overclock the CPU?
    • Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

However, to analyze the root cause of the other Blue screen of death issue and to find the faulty module, we need the dump files. You can locate the dump files in the location C:\Windows\MiniDump, then upload them on OneDrive and share the link with us.

Let us try few methods and check if blue screen occurs.

    Method 1: Safe mode

Try booting your PC in safe mode. Refer to the article on how to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue. Observing Windows in safe mode enables you to narrow down the source of a problem, and can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC.

    Method 2:  Clean boot

Try booting your PC in clean boot. Refer to the article on How to perform a clean boot in Windows

**Note:**Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Also, you may not be able to use some programs in clean boot.

If performing a clean boot fixes the issue then, please refer to the section How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot to check which program is causing the issue.

Note: Please refer the section Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting.

Additionally, refer the steps as mention in this article: Troubleshoot blue screen errorsrefer**(While using my device)**

Let us know the results. If the issue persists, we will certainly assist you further.
