Windows Security Manage Providers
Windows 10, 64 bit
Settings; Update & Security; Windows Security; Virus & threat protection
Windows Security display opens with default selection 'Open Windows Security' as the only option.
Third party virus protection is not an option.
Also when 'Manage Providers' selected third party protection is not recognized.
Question: How to configure Windows Security to recognize third party protection?

Likely the anti-virus does not run as a protected process which is a requirement for WSC. See the registry fix here on how to fix that:
