is microsoft support closed? i call and keep getting a message saying unable to offer phone support and the chat doesnt work. i guess microsoft is a scam. it was their operating that screwed everything up and now that dont feel like helping fix it

    Unfortunately, there is currently a problem with Microsoft support channels, they are working to fix it as soon as possible

    you can try again in a couple of days

    in the meantime, try creating a thread outlining the issue, here in the Microsoft community.

    There are some real experts in the Microsoft community that may be able to provide a solution quicker.
