Ever since Microsoft began pushing that big new Windows 10 update this summer my computer has been having issues. It will update, then i get the blue screen with error code 0xc00002e3. I previously learned to fix this by going into automatic repair-advanced options and doing a system restore to the previous version. This time when i did that, a blue screen with white lines came up and froze so i restarted the computer, and now i have no admin privileges, so i cant get into command prompt, system restore, reset PC or anything, and i csnt get to the desktop, and when i try to get into safe mode it gives my the bkue screen and error code again. How do i get my admin privileges back so i can fix this?
