Hi,

I am unable to purchase Dolby Access | Dolby Atmos for Headphones

    Did you look in All apps?  I found Dolby Access there.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    Please try the windows troubleshooter first and see if it helps:

    Search Control Panel on the start menu

    Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons

    Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

    Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter
