Have you already tried updating or reinstalling your disk driver in the Device manager?

    Hi Kapil,

    Thank you for your response,

I am using HP model pavilion 15 bc model and I don't have SSD on my computer. I only have 1 TB of HDD and have only  used 10% of it, since my computer is only 3 month old.

The article in the above link is related to SSD,  and the options are not available on my computer.

    With thanks

    Bobby Arya
