Microsoft Visual C++ error

I have no idea what I did and what to do with this this error came up yesterday and has been the same problem ever since.

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Gaming

Click the link below, on that page is a multi-installer for the Visual C++ 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables, you must download and install the x86 and x64 versions, do not try to install the ARM64 version:

You must restart (not shut down) your PC after the installation . . .

    Hi i cannot thank you enough for this i have before it was saying that it was allready installed and then the same error came up but somehow this worked so i thank you for the help
