I am getting an alert that says One Drive needs my attention. when I click on it it says: 1 sync issue. Norton Securtiy.ink: no permission to the item. It appears that you do not have access permissions to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow the item to sync. I have tried trouble shooting, nothing happens. any suggestions?

Are you using an administrator account on windows 10?
Make sure the item is in Norton permissions.
If it is not solved, please post a screenshot of the problem for better assertiveness.
