    Thanks Phil.

I have uninstalled F-Secure now, and verified Microsoft Defender is enabled.

Let me observe for a week and confirm if the issue is resolved.

    Hello Kotee,

If F-secure includes the ID protection it is almost certainly the culprit.

I would recommend that you uninstall F-secure and when you do you will continue to be protected by Microsoft Defender which is an excellent anti-virus tool and furthermore is part of W10 so will be less likely to introduce BSODs.

If you have a requirement to use F-Secure you will need to take up the matter with them and wait for them to provide an upgrade.

    Hi Phil

Thanks a lot for the quick response /  suggestion.

I did check my apps list, no sign of SentryBay. The only antivirus I use is F-Secure, can't uninstall it as my laptop is my daily driver.

    Any other suggestions ?

    Best Regards

    Kotee

The driver that failed is usually associated with software to protect data on your laptop.  Do you have SentryBay installed?  Consider uninstalling it to see if the BSODs go away.  If so contact the software company and see if they have an update to fix it.
