Trojan:Script/Foretype.A!ml

Question

Hi Support,

I need your help on this, my defender discovered this Trojan, when i tried removing it through the options nothing happened and protection history offered this:

upon clicking actions the only option available was allow.

After which, removing it wasnt doing anything as you can see from the last three logs above after running a full scan, in addition i custom scanned the the folder above but the results came back when no actions was done.

I then went to quarantine the virus but it doesnt appear on my quarantined files section.

What happened ?

Please i need help urgently, i do not want my system to stay compromised.

P.S I'm running full scans now but the trojan cant be detected - I did'nt remove it.

Also,

I am already logged in but i have no idea why in defender it says that i am not.

Hi Paul,

The scan results showed no threats.

Is this possible ?

I didnt do anything on defender except for quarantining the virus which did not appear in my quarantined list nor appearing in my cleaned list as well.

What's happening ?

Yes, I think it's normal. It will take longer because you perform a Full scan. It will depend on how large is the system.

My full scans are not detecting the trojan now.

What's going on ?

I am very worried because this is the first time i encountered such a situation where removing and quarantining the virus did nothing.

And i can't find the trojan with windows defender now
